At10:00 AM of December 28, The successful erection of the link corridor indicated the overall topping of main structures of Xiamen ITG Financial Center constructed by MCC5. Mr. Bai Lang (General Manager of Xiamen ITG Holding Corp. Ltd), Mr. Chen Jinmin (President of Xiamen ITG Group Corp. Ltd.), Mr. Tian Shun (Vice General Manager of China MCC5 Group, General Manager of MCC5 Group Shanghai Corporation Limited), Mr. Wang Zhongxu (Vice General Manager of MCC5 Group Shanghai Corporation Limited) and MCC5 Project Department personnel witnessed this historic moment.
With the successful lifting erection of the structural steel link corridor between the 26th floor of South Tower Building and 30th floor of North Tower Building, the iconic building of Xiamen City has come into being. “Hydraulic whole-body lifting technology” is adopted to lift the link corridor to 114.1m high altitude for one time. The lifting stroke is 80m. It is the first example to lift the heavy structural steel link corridor to high altitude in Fujian Province. This project consists of South Tower Building, North Tower Building and podium building. The total built-up area is about 257,000m2. There are four floors underground. The podium building has 4 floors. Both tower buildings have 30 floors. The total height of buildings is 138.5m. This project passed the evaluation of the fourth batch of “All-China Building Green Construction Model Project” in November.
