Saudi Arabia Chemical Storage Tanks Project is located in Fahad King Industrial Port of Jubail City of Saudi Arabia .This project includes the civil work and erection work of 12 chemical storage tanks（incl. tanks, pipes, pipe racks, steel structure, equipment, etc.）. The Owner of this project is Saudi Basic Industry Corporation(SABIC）. SABIC is a global petrochemical company which is the largest in the Middle East Region and which develops the fastest in the world. SABIC is also famous for its strict management. The British Standard and ASTM Standard are implemented for safety and quality of this project.
Under the strict safety and quality requirement and in the full English work environment，MCC5’s project department has overcome many difficulties. The civil work of 4 tanks with ready drawings has entered the peak construction period. In Chinese New Year Holiday, the work-staff of project department still did overtime work on the site. The first tank foundation concreting work had been completed until February 3, 2014 and was highly praised by the Owner and the General Contractor. This has also laid a good foundation for the next-step tank erection.
Saudi Arabia Chemical Storage Tanks Project is MCC5’s first project in Saudi Arabia and MCC5’s first step into chemical field of Saudi Arabia.
