On January 28, the steel structure work undertaken by Shanghai MCC5 for Turkey SILOPI Power Plant (Phase 2) was delivered at Shanghai Baoshan Container Harbor and shipped to the site of Turkey SILOPI Power Plant at the middle of February.
After successfully completing the steel structure fabrication work (11000t) of Turkey SILOPI Power Plant (Phase 1) in 2008, Shanghai MCC5 has also undertaken steel structure fabrication work for Turkey SILOPI Power Plant (Phase 2). This project is composed of main workshop building, net-frame structure of dry/wet coil shed, 2 sets of 135MW supercritical coal-fired boilers, and 4 incorporated cyclone separators. The production capacity is about 8100t. The successful fabrication and delivery of steel structure work for Turkey SILOPI Power Plant (Phase 2) has shown the good performance capability of Shanghai MCC5 in the power field of Turkey.
Turkey SILOPI Power Plant is located in the south-east of Turkey and it is the largest power plant in SILOPI of Turkey.
